- Flavors and harmony of wines: Acidity, Tannin, Body, Sugar, Alcohol.

The program
Following a wine expert, you will learn:
- How to judge the quality of a wine and to choose the optimal time of its complexity.
- How to analyze the balance, the aromatic complexity, and the length of the wine on the palate.
7 quality French wines tasted. Complimentary cheese to pair with it.

Paris 14th, Restaurant "Natacha": a private space in a pleasant and comfortable french restaurant.
